I'm Joanna Williams, founder of Fruitful HR Limited.
I have nearly twenty years experience working in a range of industries, workplace cultures, and in both the private and public sector. I am CIPD qualified (level 7) and have a Masters in Internal Communications Management.
I started Fruitful HR to fill a gap: the need for professional yet down to earth HR services with communication and change excellence at its core.
My business believes that effective communication and the ability to deal with change are fundamental to the success of every organisation.
